Descendants of Jacob PROCTOR

Jacob PROCTOR has been found in only one source, so far, listed as the father of Joab PROCTOR (b.1795). He is referenced here, along with the source citation, in the hope that someone can help cement that relationship -- and to provide the expected link between them and the myriad other "Biblically named" Proctors in Edgecombe County, NC, during the mid to late 18th century.
