He was married to Salemah Christine WILLIAMS.⁽³³⁾ Salemah Christine WILLIAMS ⁽³⁴⁾ was born in 1891.⁽¹⁸⁾ She died in 1962.⁽¹⁸⁾ John R. Whitman PROCTOR and Salemah Christine WILLIAMS had the following children:
